Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, process design and candidate experience
- Make onboarding good enough that people are productive in week one
- Keep the hiring bar consistent as volume grows
- Run people operations — contracts, payroll coordination, policies
- Protect the culture deliberately rather than hoping it survives

Requirements

- 2+ years in recruiting or HR at a startup
- Genuine ability to assess talent, not just schedule interviews
- Excellent candidate-facing communication
- Comfort building process where none exists

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Technical recruiting experience
- Employer branding and content
- Familiarity with Indian employment compliance
