Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric People Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment.

As a strategic partner to Engineering, Delivery and Business leaders, you will drive initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, talent development and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience while enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance, employee relations and organizational development.
- Leverage people insights and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.

Culture & Employee Experience

- Champion Nomiso's CODE values and foster a culture of collaboration, trust and psychological safety.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback through pulse checks, stay interviews and action planning.

Talent & Performance

- Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development.
- Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching and continuous feedback.
- Identify capability gaps and partner with leaders to drive learning and development initiatives.





Organizational Effectiveness

- Strengthen manager capability, improve team effectiveness and support organizational change initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Monitor key people metrics including engagement, attrition, retention, manager effectiveness and employee experience.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of HR experience , including at least 4 years as a People Business Partner/HR Business Partner in a Product Engineering, Technology Services or Software organization.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Delivery and Business leaders.
- Robust employee relations, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience driving employee engagement, culture and performance management initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data to influence business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting global engineering teams.
- Exposure to organizational change and culture transformation.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Keka, Darwinbox, Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with employee listening tools, engagement analytics and AI-enabled HR solutions.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Full-time) in any discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
