? Requirements

✔ 7+ years of experience in PEMB sheeting detailing/checking

✔ Solid knowledge of sheeting layouts, trims, flashings, and erection drawings

✔ Ability to review fabrication and erection drawings independently

✔ Leadership and team coordination skills

✔ Experience with international PEMB projects is preferred

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Review and check PEMB sheeting drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability.
- Verify sheeting layouts, trims, flashings, accessories, and connection details.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and client standards.




- Coordinate with detailers, modelers, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely project delivery.
- Guide and mentor detailing teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients when required.
