Role Description The Pega Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions that support complex business processes and digital transformation initiatives. This full-time, in office role is based in Coimbatore and involves translating business requirements into scalable Pega architectures, overseeing solution design, and guiding development teams on best practices. Day-to-day activities include creating architectural blueprints, configuring Pega applications, managing integrations with external systems, and ensuring performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.

The Pega

Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical discussions, support project planning, and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. The individual will also mentor team members, contribute to continuous improvement, and help standardize Pega implementation patterns across projects.





Qualifications

Strong Pega Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience defining scalable, secure, and maintainable solution frameworks.

Hands-on Software Development experience in Pega, including application configuration, rule development, and customization using Pega tools and technologies.

Proficiency in Integration design and implementation, including REST/SOAP services, APIs, and connectivity with enterprise systems and data sources.

Project Management capabilities to oversee technical delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and support risk mitigation.

Deep understanding of Pega platform features, design patterns, and performance tuning; Pega certification (CSA/CSA, CLSA) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of broader enterprise architecture concepts, including security, data modeling, and cloud or on-premise deployment models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical constraints into clear options.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and interacting with business and technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-scale implementations is an advantage.
