Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

End-to-End Quality Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete quality process cycle within assigned partner factories. This includes controlling sample approvals, tracking in-house raw material production, managing material testing, and authorizing cutting permissions.
Global Brand Compliance: Act as the ultimate representative and decision-maker for the international buyer. Implement the buyer’s global work manuals and ensure the factory strictly complies with international Quality SOPs at every process milestone.
Pre-Production & Process Audits: Facilitate Pre-Production (PP) meetings to align factory operations with brand expectations. Conduct rigorous In-line and In-process Quality Control (IPQC) audits across cutting, sewi
