Job Summary
The Team Lead/ Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for bulk and lateral hiring requirements across BPO/ITES operations. The role focuses on sourcing, managing team, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, offer management, onboarding coordination, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience. The incumbent will work closely with Operations, HR, Workforce Management (WFM), Training, and Business Leaders to support workforce ramp-up plans and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing




Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and workforce plans from stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portal social media, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Build and maintain candidate talent pools for ongoing and future staffing requirements.
Ensure timely closure of requisitions within agreed hiring SLAs.

BPO Mass Recruitment
Drive volume hiring for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Collections, Non-Voice, Back Office, Chat Support, Content Moderation, and other BPO functions.
Manage large-scale hiring campaigns to support business ramp-ups and expansion plans.
