Project Description
Our project focuses on developing cloud-based, state-of-the-art Compliance Archive solutions that securely archive and retain real-time communications data in accordance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Developed in-house using an Agile framework, the platform addresses business requirements from multiple stakeholders while embracing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. The team is transitioning from a traditional project-based approach to a product-centric model, delivering scalable and robust compliance archive solutions that will support the client's business for years to come.
Responsibilities
Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Java applications, microservices, and reusable components.
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.
Apply software engineering best practices, including:
Design Patterns
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with business processes.
Participate in hands-on development, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Collaborate effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Work within an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of software quality.
Mandatory Skills
3–5 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on development experience with:
Core Java
J2EE
Angular
Experience developing applications using Java 8, Java 11, and Java 17, including their latest language features.
Strong hands-on coding skills.
Experience with the Spring Framework.
Experience developing Microservices.
Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
Knowledge of enterprise Java APIs, including:
JPA
JTA
CDI
Good understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
Solid understanding of Microser
