Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to help design, enhance,



and support scalable Salesforce solutions from sales workflows and customer acquisition through to post-sale customer support operations. This role will partner closely with Systems Engineering, Business Product Management, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, and business stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Salesforce operates as our system of record within a contemporary enterprise stack, with Slack serving as the primary user experience layer and Workato as an orchestration backbone. This role requires an engineering mindset beyond declarative administration and will also contribute to strategic initiatives involving AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
