As Meraki Labs continues to co-build across its portfolio, we're looking for a Business Operations Associate to help keep the engine running smoothly across strategy, process, and execution — both within the studio and alongside the founding teams we support.

About The Role

As a Business Operations Associate, you'll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (product, growth, finance, and people) to drive operational excellence. You'll be the person who turns ambiguity into structure — building processes, tracking metrics, and executing on high-priority initiatives that keep the company moving forward.

What You'll Do





Own and streamline core operational processes across the company (vendor management, reporting cadences, internal tools, SOPs)
Partner with leadership to define, track, and report on key business metrics and OKRs
Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and design scalable solutions
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking in collaboration with the finance function
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and consultants as needed
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and board updates
Jump into ad-hoc, high-priority projects wherever the business needs support

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related field
Solid analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tool experience is a
