Key Responsibilities

Develop strong breadth and depth across Impact Analytics planning solutions, including PlanSmart, AssortSmart, and ItemSmart, and articulate how each solution supports customer business objectives.
Independently lead discovery and design workshops with customer business and functional stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, decision flows, and operational constraints.
Translate customer As-Is processes into clear To-Be workflows within the product, aligning business needs with platform capabilities and best practices.
