Job Description
Person should be involve & support for business unit sales & operation planning of individual as 15+ Cr & team 50+ Cr
Person should have exposure of dealing with client
Shall able to develop operational sales
Shall be able to handle 50+ Team including client managers and Sr engineers
Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target
Will be first-in-line of Product inspection in BU
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for overall Sales and Operations of North region.
Clients Coordination including review meetings
Project’s planning, Team development and skill enhancement
Manpower handling
Vendor development for operation/execution of product inspection
Support/identification in hiring qualified person as per requirement
Responsible for execution of jobs includes quality aspect
Technical discussion with vendors and clients
Customer complaints handling
Invoicing & Account receivables / collection
System compliance of internal & external.
For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager
