consulting to creative, strategic insights to storytelling, and design to digital.You will be responsible for working and building relationships with senior members on the client-side and report to the Account Director on the agency side.

As part of the Account Management team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of projects across assigned brands and clients. This includes building robust client
relationships, owning strategic and creative outputs, and overseeing all aspects of delivery - from
scoping and time management to final execution. You will play a critical role in developing
trusted client partnerships, inspiring creative teams, and driving both creative output and
measurable results. You’ll ensure every solution is delivered to the highest standards on time,




with impact. Your performance will shape client success and position Sunny Side Up as a go-to
creative partner.

What will you do
Take complete ownership of the solutioning lifecycle - from brief to final output.
Build and manage collaborative relationships with external stakeholders (clients, media,
tech, production partners) and internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Finance).
Proactively manage all aspects of the project process: scoping, estimation, timelines, SOW
documentation, internal WIPs, resourcing, brainstorming, client presentations, status
reports, budget tracking, invoicing, and collections.
Understand client challenges in the context of their business and market landscape.
Anticipate roadblocks and upcoming needs - and proactively solve for them.
Identify new opportunities where the agency can add value and expand its scope of work.
Provide consistent and clear status reports.
