Key Responsibilities:-

Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Pearson BTEC Business qualification frameworks.
Assess learners and provide constructive feedback in accordance with Pearson standards.
Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessment resources.
Maintain learner progress records and ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements.
Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum delivery.
Support students in their academic and professional development.
Participate in continuous professional development (CPD).

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
BTEC Assessor qualification or equivalent experience.




Experience delivering and assessing BTEC or equivalent vocational qualifications.
Solid understanding of Pearson standards and vocational education.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with e-learning platforms and modern teaching methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements:-

Must have the ability to teach Business Management subjects within the Pearson BTEC HND Programme.
Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Must be willing and able to relocate to and adapt to living and working in China.
A strong understanding of Chinese culture, business environment, and/or education system is mandatory.
