Overview Of The Role

We're looking for an AI Engineer – Finance Technology to help shape the future of AI across Flutter's Finance function.

As part of our Finance AI & Automation strategy, you'll build AI-powered solutions, develop intelligent automation, and enable engineering teams to adopt AI-assisted development practices across Finance platforms. Working closely with Finance,



Data and Engineering teams, you'll help deliver secure, scalable and innovative AI capabilities that improve developer productivity, operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

AI Engineering and Automation

Design and build AI-enabled solutions, developer tools and intelligent automation across Finance Technology platforms.
Develop reusable prompts, templates and AI capabilities that accelerate software delivery and improve engineering productivity.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical opportunities to drive innovation across Finance.

Engineering Excellence

Apply modern software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, testing and code
