Brand Marketing Manager:
This is a mid-senior individual contributor role for someone who wants ownership, not oversight. You will work directly with the VP - Marketing & Strategy across brand campaigns, advertiser-facing marketing, content, events and industry partnerships for Inshorts and Public App.
You will be expected to take broad or ambiguous briefs, bring structure to them, align internal and external stakeholders, and drive the work through to completion. This includes developing the brief, shaping the narrative, managing production and ensuring that the final output meets a high bar for craft.
You will operate in a fast, founder-led environment where marketing works closely with product, sales, brand solutions and leadership—and where the quality of marketing has a direct bearing on brand perception and revenue.

What You’ll Do:
Brand, Content and Advertiser Marketing
Translate business and brand priorities into clear campaign briefs, content plans and creative roadmaps.
Own brand campaigns and advertiser-facing marketing initiatives across Inshorts and Public App.




Lead projects from brief to launch, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, production, approvals and final delivery.
Partner with design, content and video teams to develop consistently high-quality creative across formats and platforms.
Lead the development of brand videos and creative productions—from concept and scripting through production and final output.
Develop content ideas that build the group’s visibility across both consumer and industry audiences.
Strengthen the positioning of Inshorts and Public App among brands, agencies and marketing leaders.
Turn campaign performance, audience insights and platform capabilities into explicit, persuasive marketing stories.
Develop advertiser-facing content across decks, one-pagers, websites, mailers, LinkedIn and industry publications.
