✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
✅ Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders
✅ Drive candidate engagement and hiring experience
✅ Handle volume and lateral hiring requirements
✅ Build talent pipelines and market maps
✅ Utilize AI tools to enhance sourcing and recruitment productivity

✔ Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other Generative AI tools for sourcing, JD creation, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics
