Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Events Marketing Senior Executive to join our Marketing and Communication team. This is a hybrid role that combines on-ground event production, vendor coordination, costing, and execution with creative and communications support for internal teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing event production requirements in office, working closely with business and marketing stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day creative tasks such as designing emailers and creatives, drafting social posts, preparing emcee scripts, and coordinating communication requirements across teams.
This role is best suited for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, creative, and up to date with AI tool usage, digital platforms, and the latest marketing and event trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Production & Execution
o Drive end-to-end planning and execution of on-ground events,



including conferences, client events, internal events, leadership meetings, activations, and other marketing-led initiatives.
o Coordinate with vendors, agencies, venues, production teams, fabricators, AV teams, branding partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
o Assist in event costing, budgeting, vendor quotations, negotiation support, billing coordination, and maintaining cost trackers.
o Manage on-site production requirements including setup, branding, AV coordination, stage flow, registrations, guest movement, and troubleshooting during events.
o Ensure event deliverables are completed as per timelines, budget, quality standards, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations.
o Own end-to-end webinar and virtual event management, including platform setup (Zoom Webinar/Zoom Events), registration journeys, internal stakeholder coordination, dry runs, live event ex
