Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, website, and referrals.
Contact current leads promptly and qualify their requirements.
Explain photography and videography packages to prospective clients.
Prepare and share quotations and customized packages.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients until closure.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.
Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation for a smooth client handover.
Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
Submit weekly sales reports.
