Job Description
Lead the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily stewarding operations and team performance.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen teams to support smooth operations.
Skills & Experience:
2–4 years of stewarding experience, including supervisory exposure.
Positive knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
