Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective students and families, present MENTOR UNIVERSE’s study abroad, test preparation,



and career counseling services, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations, explaining program options and destinations, and guiding students through admissions, exam registration, and visa-related processes in coordination with internal teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and participating in events, seminars, and school or college outreach activities. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with academic counselors and operations staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience for each student.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to students and families.
