ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist er to join our People
Team. This role is focused on designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing
our APAC benefits programs while also supporting compensation activities. You
will lead complex benefits projects, ensure statutory compliance across APAC
region, and partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and department
managers across the region. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in
a quick-paced,



global technology environment and brings both analytical rigor and
empathy for the employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

* Own end-to-end administration and compliance of statutory benefit programs
across APAC region, including provident fund schemes, social insurance,
gratuity, and pension programs.
* Monitor and implement regulatory updates across applicable labor codes and
proactively advise HR leadership on compliance requirements.
* Manage annual filings, returns, and audit support related to statutory
obligations across the region.

Benefits Design, Delivery & Vendor Management

* Lead the design, governance, and renewal of APAC benefit programs including
group medical, life, disability insurance plans, etc.
* Partner with insurance brokers, TPAs, and vendors to negotiate renewals,
evaluate plan designs, and drive cost-effective solutions without
compromising employee experience.
