Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager – Recruitment to lead and manage bulk hiring operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-volume hiring targets within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
Ensure timely closures of assigned positions while maintaining quality hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.




Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Hiring Conversion.
Manage recruitment vendors and job portals effectively.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and share recruitment MIS and hiring reports with management.
Candidate Requirements
✅ Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred)
✅ 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Bulk Hiring Recruitment
✅ Experience in BPO, KPO, Customer Service, BFSI, Telecom, or High-Volume Hiring environments preferred
✅ Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Proficiency in recruitment portals and ATS systems
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
