JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Procurement with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience to lead and optimize our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end purchasing, complex vendor negotiations, contract management, and SLA compliance.



This leadership role requires deep commercial acumen, a robust local vendor network in Hyderabad, and proficiency in driving cost optimization across admin, IT, and operational expenditures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing Operations: Oversee the complete Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring 100% compliance with internal governance, budgetary constraints, and corporate policies.
Vendor Management & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with top-tier local and national vendors for corporate office admin, IT infrastructure, facilities, and capital expenses.
Commercial Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Lead high-value contract negotiations to secure optimal pricing, favourable payment terms, and extended warranties. Drive proactive cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives.
SLA Tracking & Governance: Establish and enforce robust Service Level A
