Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled SDE III – Backend Engineer
to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on designing, building, and
scaling backend services that power our products. As a senior individual
contributor, you’ll take ownership of complex projects, influence technical
strategy, and mentor junior engineers.

Focus area:

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend services
and APIs.

* Own end-to-end execution of large technical projects, from design to
deployment and maintenance.

* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers,



and other Engineers to
deliver exceptional customer experiences.

* Lead architectural discussions, propose technical solutions, and advocate for
engineering best practices.

* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with comprehensive tests.

* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and
design sessions.

* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.

* Stay current with backend technologies, tools, and trends, and share
knowledge across the team

Profile:

* 7+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

* Experience building and maintaining distributed, scalable, high-performance
systems.

* Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

* Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc) and modern CI/CD
pipelines.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a
quick-paced environ
