Role Overview:

This role will lead all student-facing conversion and engagement initiatives designed to enhance the prospective student journey and improve enrolment outcomes. We are looking for an experienced events professional with 10+ years of experience who can independently conceptualise, plan, and deliver premium brand experiences while managing multiple stakeholders and large-scale event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Open Houses,



Campus Experience Days, Faculty Masterclasses, Offer Holder Events, Coffee Meetups, Student Engagement Programs, and other conversion-focused initiatives.
Conceptualise cutting-edge event formats and experiential engagement ideas that improve prospective student participation and conversion.
Develop event strategies aligned with business objectives and admissions goals.
Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, University Leadership, Faculty, Academic Teams, and external partners for seamless event delivery.
Own event budgets, forecasting, commercial negotiations, vendor management, procurement, and financial reconciliation.
Manage creative agencies, production partners, fabrication vendors, and venue partners to ensure premium execution standards.
Drive project planning, execution timelines, risk assessment, contingency planning, and quality control across all events.
