Job Description:
To lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring effective financial planning, accurate reporting, robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, working capital optimization, and sound financial decision-making. The role will partner with senior management to drive profitability, operational efficiency, financial discipline, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide detailed variance analysis.
Prepare financial models and business analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Provide actionable financial insights to management for improving profitability and cost efficiency.
Evaluate CAPEX and other investment proposals from a financial viability and return perspective.

Financial Reporting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee Balance Sheet,



Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, taxation regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.

Financial Controls & Accounting
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to established accounting policies and processes.
Oversee general accounting, reconciliations, provisions, fixed assets, and financial closing activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitization within the Finance function.
Ensure financial processes are standardized and minimize manual intervention and financial risks.
