Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid performance marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit,



and programmatic exchanges, covering the full acquisition funnel.
Plan, manage, and optimize campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to achieve KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
Collaborate with design and product teams to conceptualize and deliver high-performing creatives, including videos, GIFs, static images, landing pages, and app screens.
Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
Implement and manage tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side), ensuring accurate data capture and clean conversion signals.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance using GA4, Mixpanel, Branch.io, and Looker Studio, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
Support retargeting, automation, and retention initiatives in collaboration with lifecycle tools such as MoEngage.
