HRO Solution Lead

About The Role

As an HRO Solution Lead, you will make an impact by designing cutting-edge and scalable Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) solutions that address client business needs and drive successful outsourcing engagements. You will be a valued member of the HRO Solutions team and work collaboratively with HR operations, technology, finance, legal, sales, and client stakeholders to develop compelling solutions that differentiate Cognizant in the marketplace.

In This Role, You Will

Lead the analysis of client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify business objectives, challenges, and solution opportunities.
Design end-to-end HRO solutions, including operating models, service delivery frameworks, transition approaches, technology enablement, and pricing strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, high-quality proposals and solution artifacts.
Develop and present solution blueprints,



value propositions, and business cases that clearly articulate client value and competitive differentiation.
Support due diligence activities, client workshops, and oral presentations throughout the pursuit lifecycle while ensuring adherence to internal governance standards.
