About the Company

We are seeking an experienced SAP Joule Consultant to design and deliver training programs across the full Joule ecosystem, including Joule for Business, Joule for Developer, Joule Studio, AI Hub, and the Joule end-user experience. The ideal candidate will bridge technical depth with strong instructional skills, enabling business users, developers, and administrators to effectively adopt and extend SAP's generative AI copilot across enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver structured training curricula covering Joule for Business (embedded AI assistant for SAP applications), Joule for Developer (AI-assisted coding and extension development), Joule Studio (low-code/no-code skill and agent building environment), AI Hub (model and AI capability management), and the general Joule end-user experience.




Conduct hands-on workshops, virtual and in-person sessions, and train-the-trainer programs for wide-ranging audiences including business users, functional consultants, developers, and administrators.
Create supporting training materials such as guides, exercises, sample use cases, and assessment content tailored to each Joule persona and skill level.
Stay current with SAP's Joule roadmap and new feature releases, updating training content and use cases accordingly.
Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to align training with real business processes and to identify practical, role-specific use cases.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously refine training effectiveness and content relevance.
Support change management and adoption initiatives by helping end users and developers build confidence and competence with Joule capabilities.
