Role Description The Payroll Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and validating employee data, calculating earnings, deductions, and statutory contributions, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.

Executive will maintain accurate payroll records, coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies,



and handle employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and benefits. The role also involves preparing payroll reports, assisting with compliance activities, and supporting audits by providing required documentation.

Executive is expected to contribute to process improvements and maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing.
- Candidates should possess solid Payroll Management and Finance-related skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with employees and internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with HR or payroll software, MS Excel, and basic data analysis.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, taxes) will be beneficial.
