Qualifications : 1.Male Freshers with MSW in Social Work or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years Relevant Experience in Hospitals 2. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in Kannada. Proficiency in English and Hindi is highly welcomed.
Post Excerpt (JD) : Interprets the role of the Hospital to the patients, their families and the community. Shall supervise the team for timely billing and discharge process. Shall check that the feedback forms are collected from the patient during discharge. Shall attend to patient’s grievances and Complaints.Act as liaison between patients and medical providers
