A Patient Counsellor is responsible for guiding and supporting patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and counselling patients about IVF, IUI, Surrogacy, Egg Donation, and Fertility Preservation.
- Explaining treatment plans, procedures, success rates, timelines, and estimated costs.
- Answering patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Coordinating appointments with doctors and following up with patients.
- Maintaining patient records and updating the CRM.
- Handling domestic and international patient inquiries.
- Coordinating with the medical team to ensure smooth patient care.
- Assisting with documentation and administrative tasks, including PNDT-related coordination where applicable.
- Providing compassionate support and ensuring a positive patient experience.
