Role Description The Patient Counsellor Cum Tele-Caller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The role involves welcoming patients, explaining available dental treatments and procedures in clear, simple language, and addressing patient queries to support informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, making outbound calls to follow up with patients, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The role also includes coordinating between patients and clinical staff,



managing reminders for treatment and follow-up visits, and providing courteous, professional service both in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, explain treatments, and handle tele-calls effectively.
- Customer service and patient relationship management skills to provide a welcoming, supportive experience at the clinic.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills for appointment scheduling, data entry, and maintaining patient information.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, appointments, and patient interactions efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with dental and administrative staff and follow clinic protocols.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental clinics, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in a related field (healthcare, administration, or communication) is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi commonly spoken in Bhopal.
