Attending hearings before the Patent Office

Drafting pre-grant and post-grant oppositions Requirements

Qualifications

Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory)

Law degree preferred

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC) / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science
