Key Responsibilities

Searches

- Patentability Search

- Invalidity Search

- Freedom to Operate (FTO) Search

- Patent Landscape Search

- Other prior-art related searches

Drafting
- Drafting of Provisional Specifications

- Drafting of Complete Specifications

- Experience in IN / US / EP patent drafting

Prosecution
- Handling patent prosecution matters in IN / US / EP jurisdictions

- Attending hearings before the Patent Office

- Drafting pre-grant and post-grant oppositions

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory)

- Law degree preferred

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC) / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science
