Responsibilities

- Build and close partnerships with colleges, societies and coaching centres
- Own the full pipeline from first outreach to signed agreement
- Design partnership structures that work for both sides
- Feed institutional needs back to product with a filter, not a firehose
- Set up the CRM discipline this function will scale on

Requirements

- 3+ years in B2B or institutional sales, ideally to education buyers
- Comfort owning a number and reporting against it plainly
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Existing relationships with colleges or student bodies
- Edtech experience
- Experience building a sales function from zero
