Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance team member supporting WeddingWithIndia’s wedding experiences and related services. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with hosts and vendors, helping organize and document event details,



and assisting with guest communication before and during wedding experiences.

The role can also involve preparing basic written materials about upcoming events, verifying itinerary information, and ensuring that safety and hospitality standards are clearly communicated. The freelance professional will collaborate virtually with the core team, manage assigned tasks within set deadlines, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and handle multiple event-related tasks in an organized manner.
- Solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse guests and partners.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an interest in Indian heritage, weddings, and hospitality.
- Comfort with remote work tools, such as email, messaging platforms, and basic project management software.
- Good attention to detail and reliability in following guidelines related to safety, guest experience, and privacy.
- Previous experience in events, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indian languages is an advantage.
