We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Partner Support Executive to join our e-

commerce team. This role involves supporting vendors, sellers, and partners by resolving issues,

answering queries, and ensuring smooth operations on the e-commerce platform. If you enjoy problem-solving and fostering positive relationships, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for partners (vendors/sellers) on the platform.
- Assist partners with onboarding, product listing, order management, and payments.
- Address and resolve partner inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat.




- Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Share platform updates, training materials, and tools to help partners succeed.
- Contribute to improving partner satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, customer support, or partner management is
- preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM or e-commerce tools.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
