About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to work remotely and promote our AI-powered Recruitment Software.
You will connect with HR professionals, recruiters, recruitment consultants, and business owners, understand their hiring challenges, explain our software, generate interest, schedule demos, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
- Explain the benefits and features of our AI Recruitment Software.
- Understand customer requirements and recruitment challenges.
- Generate leads and schedule product demos.
- Follow up with interested prospects and demo participants.
- Convince prospects to register, try, and purchase the software.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Hindi/Gujarati/English communication is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
Salary & Incentives
₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month based on performance
Additional sales incentives/commission will be provided based on successful conversions.
