Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions)
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
Advanced Google Sheet skills
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Functional & Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
Good communication and documentation skills

Job responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Google Sheets, and dashboards
Analyze large datasets to generate insights related to business and operational performance
Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data issues

Operations & Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and reporting tasks
Manage SLAs and ensure on-time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables




Act as the primary point of contact for internal and business stakeholders
Handle requirement discussions, clarifications, and change requests

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of analysts
Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance support
Handle escalations and ensure smooth team operations

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks using Python and SQL
Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and reporting reliability
Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs
