We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Strategy and Technology Consulting, preferably within the core consulting practices of leading global software or advisory organizations. The ideal candidate is a graduate from a reputed undergraduate institution and holds an MBA from a top-tier management school.

This role requires deep expertise in business, systems, and strategy consulting, with hands-on involvement in AI/ML-driven process assessment,



Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based solution design, and future‑state operating model recommendations for healthcare organizations (payers, providers, med‑tech, and health-tech players).

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and deliver strategy and transformation engagements across the healthcare ecosystem
Conduct market assessments, competitive studies, and develop strategic roadmaps
Define future-state healthcare operating models
Execute end-to-end process assessments across clinical, operational, and administrative workflows
Recommend modernization strategies across cloud, interoperability, and digital platforms
Architect AI-driven future-state processes including automation and decision support
Implement solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
Develop AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks
Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and deliver high-quality client output
