The Centre of Excellence for Anaerobic Digestion (CEAD), based in the Department of Biology at the University of York, is a collaborative research centre that combines microbiology, molecular biology, engineering, and environmental science to transform organic waste into clean energy and valuable resources. Role

We are looking for a skilled technician to provide technical expertise and perform laboratory work for CEAD’s expanding commercial research portfolio and industrial microbiological solutions. You will manage day-to-day experimental workflows, maintain equipment, support sample processing, and prepare risk assessments for review.
