Regional Sales Lead — Salesforce Practice

This position will represent the full OSI Digital Salesforce portfolio.

Salesforce Implementations

End-to-end CRM and cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and industry clouds including AgentForce Automotive, Manufacturing Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.

Application Managed Services (AMS)

Ongoing support, enhancement, and optimization of live Salesforce environments. Long-term recurring revenue relationships with existing Salesforce customers across all industries.

Assessments & Advisory

Structured current-state assessments, platform health checks, roadmap advisory, and org consolidation engagements. Entry-point offer for recent accounts and re-entry for dormant ones.

Staff Augmentation

Salesforce certified resource placement (Architects, Developers, Consultants, Admins) for clients who need to augment their internal Salesforce teams.

1.Market Development and Relationship-Led Pipeline

üIdentify, pursue,



and open senior-level relationships at enterprise and mid-market accounts across ME, India, and Malaysia/Philippines — leveraging your existing network as the primary entry mechanism

üConvert relationships into qualified discovery conversations, assessment engagements, or direct proposals, working closely with the Practice Director and delivery leads to the right offer for each account.

üRepresent OSI Digital at regional technology and industry events.

2.Full Sales Cycle Ownership

üLead all senior stakeholder engagement from first meeting through commercial close, supported by practice and technical teams for solutioning, demos, and proposals

üQualify accounts rigorously against fit criteria — deal size, implementation readiness, decision-maker access, budget timeline — and manage stage-gated pipeline with CRM discipline

üOwn commercial negotiations and scoping conversations in close collaboratio
