Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate our enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, AI solutions, or technology consulting and will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities




• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales initiatives..
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects..
• Engage with CXOs, Engineering Leaders, CTOs, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges..
• Present and position our AI-powered engineering solutions to prospective clients..
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams during the sales cycle..
• Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts..
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies..
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM..
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets..
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups whenever required..
