About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with robust expertise in Life Sciences, Laboratory Operations, Analytical & Scientific Instruments, and Agile Product Delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into actionable product requirements while ensuring delivery aligns with strategic business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, product management, and end users to maximize product value and drive innovation across scientific and laboratory workflows.

What You'll Do:

Own, create, refine, and prioritize product backlog items including epics, features, and user stories.
Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure backlog readiness for development teams.
Continuously groom and maintain the backlog based on business priorities and customer feedback.
Ensure product delivery aligns with organizational goals and business value realization.




Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, laboratory teams, and domain experts to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate complex business and operational requirements into actionable user stories.
Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and product demonstrations.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Drive incremental delivery of product features and enhancements.
Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the product development lifecycle.
Align product roadmap with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Define product success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
