About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled,



hands-on AI/ML leader to drive state-of-the-art personalization, recommendations, and content discovery at JioSaavn.

Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of AI/ML initiatives that power personalization across homepages, autoplay, and content discovery.
Partner closely with engineering, and product teams to ship high-impact ML features at scale.Mentor and grow a team of engineers and scientists, while remaining deeply technical yourself.
Shape JioSaavn’s long-term AI/ML roadmap, ensuring we stay at the forefront of recommendation systems, user understanding, and generative AI.
Your work will directly impact how millions of users discover music every single day.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of relevant industry experience in applied AI/ML, data science, or closely related fi
