Job Summary
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platform solutions that support business and IT operations. This role works closely with stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and administrators to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The individual will provide technical leadership, drive platform best practices, mentor junior developers, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives through workflow automation and employee experience enhancements.
Major responsibilities
Platform Development & Administration
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Develop and support Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and automation solutions.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.




Solution Design & Delivery
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design platform enhancements and recent capabilities.
Participate in platform upgrades, patch management, and release activities.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
ITSM & Platform Expertise
Develop and support ServiceNow modules such as:
ITSM
ITOM
CMDB
Service Catalog
Knowledge Management
Employee Center
HRSD
Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management
AI & Automation
Implement workflow automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Support the adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and Generative AI features.
Develop intelligent self-service capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
