Deputy Director – Competitive Examination Cell
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve student success in competitive examinations
Support planning and execution of coaching programs, workshops, mock tests, and seminars
Provide guidance and mentoring to students for exam preparation, strategy building, and time management
Track student performance and recommend corrective measures for improvement
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and external mentors for effective program delivery
Facilitate collaboration with coaching institutes, experts, and alumni
Support smooth functioning of all activities under the Competitive Examination Cell
Analyze program outcomes and prepare reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Eligibility:
Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in academic coordination, coaching, or mentoring for competitive examinations
Experience in handling competitive exam programs such as UPSC, GPSC, GATE, CAT, GPAT, or similar will be preferred
Experience in academic administration or institutional roles will be an added advantage
