We're looking for an experienced Head of SEO/GEO to lead our SEO/GEO department and build the next generation of AI-powered search services. This is a leadership role for someone who genuinely understands SEO, enjoys managing people and clients, and takes ownership of results.
This is not a role for someone who simply delegates work. We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys solving complex SEO challenges, and is accountable for growing rankings, traffic, enquiries and revenue for our clients.

The Role
You will take ownership of our SEO/GEO department, managing strategy, delivery, quality, client relationships and team performance across a portfolio of UK and international clients.




You will be responsible for leading an experienced SEO team while working closely with our designers, developers, copywriters and paid media specialists to deliver exceptional campaigns.
Alongside traditional SEO, you will also build and lead our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) offering from scracth, ensuring our clients remain visible across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI-powered search platforms.
You will be expected to continually improve the department through better processes, reporting, quality control and innovation.
