We are seeking for Interior Designer / Architect to design and plan a residential house project.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential house design and interiors.
Robust understanding of space planning, material selection, lighting, and aesthetics.
Ability to prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualisations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
This is a project-based assignment. Freelancers or professionals with expertise in residential interior design are preferred.
